An Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Model Based on Extended VIKOR and MARCOS for Sustainable Supplier Selection in Organ Transplantation Networks for Healthcare Devices

The selection of proper healthcare device suppliers in sustainable organ transplantation networks has become an essential topic increasing life expectancy. Assessment can be regarded as a complex multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem that consists multiple alternative solutions with criteria. For this reason, paper proposes new integrated MCDM model based on combining extended vlsekriterijuska optimizacija i komoromisno resenje (E-VIKOR) and measurement alternatives ranking according to the compromise solution (MARCOS) approaches under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs). aggregating technique E-VIKOR method is strong point compared original approach. IVIFS taken cope uncertain situation real-world applications. In regard, IVIF-similarity measure introduced compute weights decision-makers (DMs). IVIF-Shannon entropy utilized calculate criteria weights, hybrid proposed developed by presenting IVIF-E-VIKOR IVIF-MARCOS, supplier supply surgery devices. Afterward, illustrative example evaluate performance model, comparative analysis presented confirm validate Moreover, sensitivity for parameters performed assess their effects outcomes.
